How to Book

1. Log in
You must be logged into to book your place. If you have not logged in before, you can register by selecting 'Create a new account' on the right hand side. If you have logged into this website before, please use your existing username and password to log in. Use the links on the right-hand side of this page to request a reminder of your username or to reset your password if you have forgotten them. When you request a username reminder or reset your password an email will be sent to the email address we have on file for you. If you have problems logging in, please email memberadmin@cmf.org.uk for assistance.

2. Click on 'register myself'
Please select the appropriate registration option for yourself. Once you have selected a registration option, please answer the questions that appear below and click on 'save responses'. Please choose the seminar options you would like to attend and indicate any dietary requirements.

3. Register additional delegates (optional)

Once you have entered your details, you may add additional delegates (e.g. spouse) to your registration using the 'register someone else' button. At a minimum, you need to enter additional delegates names and (if known) their email addresses, select the appropriate registration option and answer the questions that appear in each section.

5. Checkout

When you have registered yourself and any additional delegates, click on the 'add to cart' button at the bottom of the page to checkout with your credit or debit card details. 

Important information

The information we gather via this form will be used to process your event registration. We will use your email address to send you additional information before the event and a survey form after the event.
