How to book

 

1. Log in

You must be logged into to register. If you have used this website before, please use your existing username and password to log in. If you need a reminder of your username or to reset your password, please use the links on the right-hand side of this page to request a reminder of your username or to reset your password. If you have problems logging in, please email memberadmin@cmf.org.uk for assistance.

2. Choose your registration option

When you select your registration options, items will appear in your programme/itinerary appropriate to your registration option.

Families registering at the family rate will need to provide details of the second adult and any child/children being registered at this rate by answering the appropriate questions in the itinerary.

3. Enter delegate information

Once you have selected your registration option, please answer the questions on the form. Providing answers to the questions, helps us deliver a better conference experience.  You will also need to tell us your seminar choices. Remember to click on 'save responses' to save your answers at each stage.

4. Register an additional delegate (not family rate) (optional)

Once you have entered your details, you may add delegates to your registration using the 'register someone else' button. At a minimum, you need to enter the additional delegate(s names and (if known) their email addresses, select the appropriate registration option and if you can answer the questions for each additional delegate.

5. Consider donating towards conference costs (optional)

We are very grateful for the generosity of those who can make additional donations over and above the conference fees. We rely on these to subsidise fees for missionaries and families who may be unable to pay the costs themselves. Donations also help us to be generous to our speakers. If you would like to donate, please enter the amount; otherwise, leave the amount box blank.

6. Checkout / Payment

When you have registered yourself and any additional delegates, click on the 'add to cart' button at the bottom of the page to checkout with your credit or debit card details.

7. Cancellation policy

If you cancel your booking, payment will be returned with the deduction of a £20 administration fee per person. No refunds will be paid for cancellation after the booking closing date of 10 October unless in exceptional circumstances.

8. Important information

The information we gather via this form will be used to process your registration. We will share relevant information you provide with the conference venue to enable them to fulfil your accommodation requirements and any special dietary needs.

We will use your email address to send you additional information before the conference.
