Leading in a modern Health Service (such as the NHS) is hard, and full of difficult, ‘less than ideal’ decisions, all made in the chaotic circumstances of policy changes, limited money, insufficient staff and surging and uncertain demand, yet for those working there this is:

‘The place that God has put us’ – to bring his values and ways.
