Day Visitors to the Mission Hub
Arrival from 11.00. Complimentary tea/coffee available.
You are welcome to book in for lunch and/or diner - see booking form below.
If you wish to book a half hour slot with a particular mission organisation represented at the Mission Hub you can do so on the day. Contact details will also be sent out before the conference to pre-book slots.  Times will be available as follows: 14.00, 14.30, 15.30, 16.00, 16.30, 17.00 and 17.30, although places may be limited.

Mission Agencies
Set-up from 10.00 to 11.00. Hub open to weekend conference delegates and day visitors  from 11.00 until 18.00.
Partnerships in Medical Mission Today Weekend Conference delegates will have half hour coffee/tea breaks at 11.00 and 15.00, and lunch between 13.00 and 14.00. when they will be encouraged to look round the Mission Hub. They will also be encouraged, if they wish, to book half hour sessions with any specific agency represented. These sessions should be booked directly with you at your stand on the day or pre-booked with you before the conference - we will send out your contact details to residential delegates once we have a full list of mission agencies attending. There will be seminars running in the afternoon but delegates would be free to make use of the half hour sessions as an alternative to one or more of these seminars. Day visitors are also free to book sessions with specific agencies on the day.
Lunch and dinner are not included in the exhibiting fee. Please book as required.
Registration for Exhibiting will close two weeks before the conference (20th June 2025). 



How to book

1. Log in
You must be logged in in order to book your place. If you have used this website before, please use your existing username and password to log in. 2. Choose your registration option
Please choose either Mission Hub for Exhibitors or Mission Hub for Visitors.

3. Enter delegate information
Once you have selected your registration option, please click on 'save responses' to save your answers.

4. Confirm all options answers
Please click 'Update Response' after each option or question.

5. Checkout / paying course fees
When you have registered yourself and chosen your options, click on the 'add to cart' button at the bottom of the page to checkout with your credit or debit card details. The Mission Hub is free for all visitors.

6. Cancellation policy
If the event is cancelled you will be eligible for a refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations less than two weeks before the Mission Hub, except under exceptional circumstances.

7. Important information
The information we gather via this form will be used to process your course registration. We will share relevant information you provide with the course venue to enable them to fulfil any accommodation requirements and special dietary needs. We will use your email address to send you additional information before the course and a survey form afterwards. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact globalcoordinator@cmf.org.uk.
