How to book

1. Log in

You must be logged in in order to book your place. If you have used this website before, please use your existing username and password to log in. 2. Choose your registration option

Full Tuition Week - 2pm, Saturday 13 July - 10am, Saturday 20 July
Please select the appropriate registration option, you will be asked later whether you are willing to share a room. When registering for the full week (Sunday 9 - Saturday 15 July), do not select any individual day programme options, as these are included in the cost. A reduced rate of £620 is available to unpaid missionaries, those on a low salary overseas, and to those in full-time study. For further information about the reduced rate, please contact globalcoordinator@cmf.org.uk.

Individual Days
If you are not able to join us for the whole tuition week and wish to register for one or more individual days, first, select the 'Individual Days' registration option. You can then choose which days you are attending. If you would like to book bed and breakfast accommodation, please select and add the night(s) you wish to stay. Bed & Breakfast costs £70 or ensuite Bed & Breakfast costs £75. Individual Days cost £155. A reduced rate of £90 per day is available to unpaid missionaries, those on a low salary overseas, and to those in full-time study. If you would like to come to the mission fair weekend (13-14 July), please choose both the individual day and Bed and Breakfast options.

Mission Fair Weekend Options
If you would like to come to the Mission Fair Weekend, please choose either full week or individual day options and then book the Mission Fair Weekend and Bed & Breakfast options along with your other choices.

3. Enter delegate information
Once you have selected your registration option, please answer the questions on the form. Please note that for Wednesday and Friday you will need to indicate which stream you are planning to attend. Providing answers to the questions helps us deliver a better course experience. Click on 'save responses' to save your answers.

4. Register additional delegates (optional)
Once you have entered your details, you may add delegates (spouse or colleague(s)) to your registration using the 'register someone else' button. At a minimum, you need to enter these delegates names and (if known) their email addresses, select the appropriate registration option and if you can answer the questions for each additional delegate.

5. Checkout / Paying course fees
When you have registered yourself and any additional delegates, click on the 'add to cart' button at the bottom of the page to checkout with your credit or debit card details. Please make sure you select the correct payment method e.g. Visa, Mastercard.

6. Cancellation policy
If the event is cancelled or restricted to you will be eligible for a refund. In the event of a cancellation, there is a £50 non-refundable booking fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations less than two weeks before the course except under exceptional circumstances.

7. Important information
The information we gather via this form will be used to process your course registration. We will share relevant information you provide with the course venue to enable them to fulfil your accommodation requirements and any special dietary needs. We will use your email address to send you additional information before the course and a survey form afterwards. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact globalcoordinator@cmf.org.uk.
