Over the past 20 years refugees numbering hundreds of thousands have come to the UK, with many seeking asylum. As ongoing threat of violence and political instability in the middle east (and beyond) continues, will Christian doctors rise to the challenge of meeting their physical and spiritual needs?

The 'Refugee and Asylum Seeker Health Course' is a one-day course providing an introduction to the key health, system, and spiritual problems faced by refugees and asylum seekers. The aim of the day is to equip Christian healthcare practitioners to manage common presentations encountered in daily practice within a UK medical setting. The programme is practical and interactive, led by doctors working in this field.
