Junior Doctors' Hybrid Conference 2020 (Online)

We appreciate your understanding that we have to make a small charge to contribute to the costs of offering you a professional, highly engaging hybrid event with excellent content, and kindly ask that you register for each person and not share your registration link.

How to book


1. Log in

You must be logged in to book your place. If you have used this website before, please use your existing username and password to log in. If you need a reminder of your username or to reset your password, please use the links on the right-hand side of this page to request a reminder of your username or to reset your password. If you have problems logging in, please email memberadmin@cmf.org.uk for assistance.

2. Waiting list for physical attendance


If you missed the deadline for the physical conference and you would like to be included on the waiting list, please indicate on the booking form

3. Enter delegate information


Once you have selected your registration option, please answer the questions on the form. Providing answers to the questions helps us deliver a better conference experience.  You will also need to tell us your seminar choices (Expand the event programme for Saturday 23 October to enter your seminar choices). Remember to click on 'save responses' to save your answers at each stage.

5. Checkout / Payment


When you have registered yourself, click on the 'add to cart' button at the bottom of the page to checkout with your credit or debit card details. 

6. Cancellation policy


If you cancel your booking, payment will be returned with the deduction of a £5 administration fee per person. No refunds will be paid for cancellation after the booking closing date of 22 October unless in exceptional circumstances.

We are living in uncertain times. Please be assured however, that, if the event is cancelled because of a change of circumstances, we will ensure that all registrants get a full refund. 

7. Important information

Please note that you must use the same email address that you registered with for the Zoom link, and do not share the link.

In order to get the most out of the conference, please use social media, Slido and Zoom chat to engage and interact with others.

The information we gather via this form will be used to process your registration. We will use your email address to send you additional information before the event and a survey form afterwards.
